

MIKE CAIN
Mike's 25 year background in the restaurant industry includes 10 years in a multi-faceted role for a franchisee of a National Concept that won Restaurant of the Year 4 years in a row. Mike has been instrumental in the New Restaurant Opening process- and has opened all six of the franchisee's locations. In addition, he leads the technology iniatives for each of the restaurants and off-site management. Another technological endeavor Mike headed was the implemention of the catering and event management software- Caterease.
Mike has also held various management, serving, bartending, and front-of-house positions along the way through school- which allows him the understanding of how to run and operate a successful restaurant concept.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Michigan University.
NICOLE CAIN
Nicole's 25 year background in the restaurant industry includes
7 years as POS Manager for a National Restaurant Chain listed on NASDAQ.
In this role Nicole specialized in the MICROS RES 3700 point-of-sale system- specifically administering the Enterprise Management system for 45 corporate locations. Nicole also worked for two MICROS dealerships as a Systems Analyst. Her combined 16 years of MICROS expertise resulted in over 200 point-of-sale implementations throughout the country.
Nicole has also been a server for various restaurants and performed many accounting and front-of-house duties, which has given her an appreciation of how all facets of the business relate to one another- especially when designing and developing the point-of-sale database.
Her careful attention to the details ensures her clients receive consistency and accuracy on every project.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities.
